I used to run before, every morning and alone. But the worse my eye sight got, the more dangerous it became for me to run all by myself. I could get a running buddy, but it wouldn’t feel as free as it does here. That’s why I train on stairs, so that I can just do it whenever, not needing to depend on anyone. Because even if I have someone to do with it, there would still be problems with meeting at the right time. However in the video above I’m actually able to run with my friend In Jutland! So I’m going to follow my own training tip regarding chewing gum and get to it!
